Every now and then, I spy something that is fabulously mundane: a beautiful plastic bag, an unexpected neon sign, or in this case, a pretty rad laundromat. Sam saw this gem on her commute to work every day and always thought there was a certain charm to it. When we decided we were going to style a shoot to celebrate the drudgery that is laundry, we knew this was the place. You may be asking yourself, "what are those crazy broads wearing?" Believe me, I have asked myself the same question many a time when I'm at the end of a laundry cycle. In those times (as I'm sure you can relate), I'm forced to get extra creative with the clothes I put on my back. A bathrobe may become a jacket, athletic socks a fashion statement. And sometimes, you have no choice but to realize that a bathing suit is the closest thing you can get to fresh undies.
